I have enjoyed taking pictures my entire life of anything and everything, but it wasn't until I moved to Nashville that I discovered that I had an eye for concert photography, with the help of Ms. Shanna Crooks of the Nashville based musical collective, The MuzikMafia. She enjoyed my pictures of her that I took on stage, so, with that in mind, I began to photograph their other artists while they sang on stage... James Otto, Shannon Lawson and Damien Horne of MuzikMafia, choosing to photograph the unique moments that can be found in live shows, using staging, lighting and mood to capture unusual pictures. Eventually, I was hired by Mr. John Rich, of Country hit Duo "Big & Rich" to shoot his monthly talent searches, "The Get Rich Talent Show" and on occasion to shoot MuzikMafia shows. I have recently begun expanding from concert photography to landscape and scenic photography, equine and pet photography, some outdoor wedding photography, publishing, artist promotional photography, and event photography. Eventually the goal is 'photography for sale', but I'm not yet in the position to print and exhibit my work in galleries.
